小分子与生物膜相互作用的分子模拟研究进展

Abstract:Biofilmsareimportantstructural foundationsofcells,andtheirstructural structureandselectivepermeability characteristicsplayakeyroleinmaintainingcellhomeostasisandregulatingmaterialtransport.Theinteractionbetweensmal moleculesandbiomembraneisnotonlyrelatedtothefunctionalrealizationofendogenousmoleculesinphysiologicalprocesses, butalsodirectlyafectsthepharmacokineticbehaviorofexogenousmedications.Inrecentyears,MolecularDynamics(MD)simulationtechnologyhasmadesignificantprogressinrevealingthemechanismofinteractionbetweensmallmoleculesandbiomembrane.Basedonthestructuralcharacteristicsofbiomembrane,thispaperintroducesclasicalmoleculardynamicsmethodsand theirexpansionstrategies.Subsequentlytypicalresearchapplicationsoftheinteractionbetweensmallmoleculesandmembanes areanalyzedbasedoncasestudies.Finally,thecurrentchallngesarediscussedtoprovidetheoreticalsupportforadeeperunderstandingof theinteractionmechanismbetweensmallmoleculesand biomembraneandthedesignofnewmedications.
