Abstract：Withthecontinuouspopularizationofsmarthomes，thesweepingrobothasalsobeenincludedinthecategoryof smartappliancesandisoneoftheInternetThings terminalsofsmarthomes.Theperformanceevaluationoftheswepingrobot includes：dustcleaningablity，autonomouswalkingabilitynoiselevelandinteligencelevel.Asthecorecomponentofthe sweping，theperformanceoftheDCmicro-motordirectlyafectstheoverallperformanceoftheproduct.Thispaperfocusesonthe problemsoflargenoiseandshortservicelifeintheoperationofexistingrobots，andexplorestheoptimizationdesignschemeof DCmicro-motor basedontheapplicationscenarioof swepingrobots，aimingatreducingnoise，extendingtheservicelifeand improving the overall performance the motor.
