基于Neuman理论的护理干预对机器人辅助食管癌根治术患者负性情绪及心理弹性的影响

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefectofnursing interventionbasedonNeumansystems modelonnegativeemotionsand psychologicalresilenceinpatientsundergoingrobotaistedadicalesophagetoy.Methods：108patientswhounderwetrobotassistedradicalesophagectomyinourhospitalfromMay22OtoJulyO23wereselected.Theywererandomlydividedintothecontrol group（ n= 54，receivingroutine nursing intervention） and the study group（ scriptstylen=54 ，receiving nursingintervention based on Neuman systemsodel）.Thedierenesinnursingoutcomes，negativeemotions，andpsychologicalresiliencebetweenthetwogroupswere compared.Results：Comparedwiththecontrol group，thestudygroupshowedsignificantlyshortertimetofirstflatus，extubation， ambulation，and hospital stay （ P <0.05）. Compared with that before intervention，both groups showed reduced scores on the self-rating depression scale （SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） after intervention P<0.05 ），withsignificantly lower SDSand SASscores in the studygroupthanteontolgoup（O）.Bothgroupshoedicreasedorscrossalldimesis（optimism，enacitygthf the Connor-Davidson resilience scale（CD-RISC）and total scoresafter interventioncompared tothose before intervention（ P <0.05）， with the study group achieving significantly higher scores than the control group （P<0.05 ）.Conclusion： Nursing intervention based on Neuman systemsmodelcansigniantlyimproveteualityofcare，promoteostoperativeecoery，allviategativemotios，dnce psychological resilience in patients underwent robot-assisted radical esophagectomy.
