AbstractObjective:Tocomparetheperoperativesafetyfeasibilityuiportalrobot-asistedtoracoscopicsurgery(URATS) uniportal video-assistedthoracoscopicsurgery(UVATS)inthetreatmentearly-stagelungcancer.Methods:Aretrospective analysis wasconductedonpatients withearly-stagelungcancerwhounderwentsurgeryperformedbythesame teamattheDepartent SurgeytfdHosialoUivesitfroApriltil4.epatsedidte URATS groupthe UVASgroupbasedonthesurgicalappoach.Propensityscorematching wasapplied,diferencesinurgical safetyearlyoutcomeswerecomparedbetwenthetwogroupsaftermatching.Results:Atotal42matchedpairswereincluded.No significantdesedoosialetf pathological type( P>0.05 ).Comparedwith the UVATS group,the URATS grouphadalongeroperativetime buta higher number lymph nodesdsedioihillly significant( P<0.05) .Conclusion: URATS issafe reliableforthe treatmentearly-stage lungcancer.Itshows significant advantages inincreasingteumbrlphodesdsetedducingiaopativebloodlossdhorteinglngthfospitalsaaing itworthypromotioninmedicalinstitutionstatoutinelypefounportalvideoasistedtoracoscopicsurgeryndobsisted surgeries.
