AbstractObjective：Tocomparetheperoperativesafetyfeasibilityuiportalrobot-asistedtoracoscopicsurgery（URATS） uniportal video-assistedthoracoscopicsurgery（UVATS）inthetreatmentearly-stagelungcancer.Methods：Aretrospective analysis wasconductedonpatients withearly-stagelungcancerwhounderwentsurgeryperformedbythesame teamattheDepartent SurgeytfdHosialoUivesitfroApriltil4.epatsedidte URATS groupthe UVASgroupbasedonthesurgicalappoach.Propensityscorematching wasapplied，diferencesinurgical safetyearlyoutcomeswerecomparedbetwenthetwogroupsaftermatching.Results：Atotal42matchedpairswereincluded.No significantdesedoosialetf pathological type（ P>0.05 ）.Comparedwith the UVATS group，the URATS grouphadalongeroperativetime buta higher number lymph nodesdsedioihillly significant（ P<0.05） .Conclusion： URATS issafe reliableforthe treatmentearly-stage lungcancer.Itshows significant advantages inincreasingteumbrlphodesdsetedducingiaopativebloodlossdhorteinglngthfospitalsaaing itworthypromotioninmedicalinstitutionstatoutinelypefounportalvideoasistedtoracoscopicsurgeryndobsisted surgeries.
