AbstractObjective：Toexploretheapplicationefectofimprovedpositionngcombinedwithwarmingblanketcareinrobotasisted percutaneousyphoplasty（K）.Methods：98patientswithsteoporoticvertebralcompresionfractureshouderwentobotaiste PKPattheFirstAflatedHospialofAnuMedicalUniversityfroJune21toJune2O4wereselectedTeywererandomlydiided intotheontrolgoup（n=49，usingconventioalpositioningcombinedwitharingblanketcareduringsurgery）andthebserationgoup C n =49，usingmodifidpositioingombnedwithwaringblanketcaeduringsurgery）.Thesurgicalindicators，comfortlevelofsgical position，rehabilitationstatus，andicidenceofomplicationswerecomparedbetwen twogroups.Results：Comparedwiththeotrol group，theobseatiogroupshowdasigficantductioninsugicaltieanditraoperativebleedingndaigherKab’sofot scale score （P<0.05 ）.Afterintervention，both groups showed an increase inthe Japanese orthopaedic asociation （JOA）and Barthel index （BI）scores，andadecreaseinthevisualanalogscale （VAS）scores，withtheobservatiogroupshowngmoresignificantcages（ P <0.05）. Comparedwiththecontrol group，theobservationgrouphadaloweroverallincidenceofcomplicationsduring hospitalization（ P <0.05）. Conclusion：Teaplicationof modifiedpositioningcombinedwithwarmingblanketcareinrobot-assistedPKPsurgerycanshorten thesurgicaltiduceitraoativebleingimprovepatits’omfortvelndhabliatictndlowerteiidcef postoperative complications.
