改良体位摆放结合加温毯护理在机器人辅助经皮椎体成形术中的应用效果

AbstractObjective:Toexploretheapplicationefectofimprovedpositionngcombinedwithwarmingblanketcareinrobotasisted percutaneousyphoplasty(K).Methods:98patientswithsteoporoticvertebralcompresionfractureshouderwentobotaiste PKPattheFirstAflatedHospialofAnuMedicalUniversityfroJune21toJune2O4wereselectedTeywererandomlydiided intotheontrolgoup(n=49,usingconventioalpositioningcombinedwitharingblanketcareduringsurgery)andthebserationgoup C n =49,usingmodifidpositioingombnedwithwaringblanketcaeduringsurgery).Thesurgicalindicators,comfortlevelofsgical position,rehabilitationstatus,andicidenceofomplicationswerecomparedbetwen twogroups.Results:Comparedwiththeotrol group,theobseatiogroupshowdasigficantductioninsugicaltieanditraoperativebleedingndaigherKab’sofot scale score (P<0.05 ).Afterintervention,both groups showed an increase inthe Japanese orthopaedic asociation (JOA)and Barthel index (BI)scores,andadecreaseinthevisualanalogscale (VAS)scores,withtheobservatiogroupshowngmoresignificantcages( P <0.05). Comparedwiththecontrol group,theobservationgrouphadaloweroverallincidenceofcomplicationsduring hospitalization( P <0.05). Conclusion:Teaplicationof modifiedpositioningcombinedwithwarmingblanketcareinrobot-assistedPKPsurgerycanshorten thesurgicaltiduceitraoativebleingimprovepatits’omfortvelndhabliatictndlowerteiidcef postoperative complications.
