AbstractObjectiveToivestigatetelearingurecharacteristicsofursingcoodinationskilsinobot-assistedaliplnt surgeryaimingtorovideaefercefodevlopingsadarddusetrainngprgramsndmprovingsurgcalodnatioy andsafety.Methods:FromFebruarytoApril 2O24,cumulativesum (CUSUM)analysis was usedtofitthe skillearningdata of 18 operatingroomnurses ho performed simulatedrobot-assistedimplant procedures atthe HospitalofStomatology,Xi'anJiaotong University. The coefficient of determination (R2) was used to evaluate skill mastery. Comparative analysis was conducted on the overall andstage-specificlearingcurves,andthecumulativenumberof proceduresreqiredfor nurses toreach proficiencywascalculated. Results:Across 5simulated procedure phases,the numberof proceduresrequiredforthe learingcurve tostabilize(indicating entry intotheproficecyge)forusss,ndspevelyorallageld cumulativecompletionofth6thprocedure.Conclusion:Nursingcorinationskilsinobotastedralimplantsurgeryhasdistict learningcurvecharacteritcs.Thefindingssuggestthatnursesndtoaccumulateexperenceinatleast16simulatedproceduresto achieve proficiency.
