人工腱索在机器人辅助二尖瓣成形术中的临床应用研究

AbstractObective:Txploreesfetyndfcacyoftifalodaeinbotassisteditralvluloplastyndtote preliminary experiencewiththissurgicalprocedure.Mthods:Aretrospectiveanalysiswasconductedonclinicaldatafrom7Opatients whounderwentDaVinciobotasistedmitralvalvuloplastyformitralregurgitationattheFrstAfiedHospitalwitNingMedical UniversityfromDecember2O16toJanuary2O24.Patients weredividedintotheartificialchordaegroup(n=54)andthenon-artificial chordae group ( n =16). Perioperative indicatorsand follow-upresults were compared betweenthe two groups.Results:Allsurgeries were sucessfullyompleted.Tharticialcoraeroupadanavegeof1.83ordaeimpanted,withalngerros-apiethnthe non-artificial chordae group ( P <0.05). Three cases (5.56%) in the artificial chordae group underwent concurrent tricuspid valvuloplasty, a proportion significantly lower than that of the non-artificial chordae group (4 cases, 25.00% ) (P<0.05 ).Follow-up at 12 and18 months showed no statistically significant difference in mitral regurgitation between the two groups (P>0.05) .There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups (P>0.05) . Conclusion: The application of artificial chordae in robot-assisted mitral valvuloplastyissafeandefective,anditanachievefavorablefollow-upresultscomparabletonon-artificialchordaetechiques.
