AbstractObjective:Tinvestigatetheclinicaleficacyof3D-prntedpositioinggudeplate-aistedpercutaneusendosoicmbar discectomy (PELD)intreatinglumbardischerniation.Methods:Aprospectivestudywasconductedon120patients withlumbardisc herniationwhoweretreatedintheDepartmentofSpinalSurgery,Xi'anHospitalofTraditionalChineseMedicinefromJauary23to January2024.Patientswere dividedintothestudygroup(n=60)andthecontrol group(n=6O)usingblockedrandomizationmethod.The controlgroupunderwentconventioalendoscopicforaminotomywhilethestudygroupreceived3D-printedpositioninggudeplateasisted PELD.Perioeatiicatosalcyinvel(isalalogeleoe),brc(Oetaie ODI score),andcomplicationrates werecomparedbetwenthetwo groups.Results:Comparedwiththcontrol group,thestudygroup showedsignitlssopatielodlosefosdctueoeaeetti efficacy and excellent rate ( P <0.05).Compared with that before surgery,both groups showed reduced VAS scores at1 day and 7 days postoperatively,and reduced ODI scores at 3,6 and 12 months postoperatively ( P<0.05 ),with lower VAS and ODI scores in the study group ( P <0.05).The total complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05) . Conclusion: 3D-printed positioningguideplateasistedELhasgoodclinicaleficacyintreatingumbardischeriation,whichcanefectivelyaviate postoperative pain, improve lumbar function,and reduce complication rates.
