主动式口腔种植机器人与动态导航系统在前牙区牙列缺损种植修复中的精度比较

AbstractObjective:Tocompare theeficacyofanactiveoralimplantobotandadynamicnavigationsysteminimplantrestoratiofor anteriortoohdefect.Methods:84patientswithanteriortothdefectreatedatZhongkeYagu(Shandong)StomatologicalHospitalCo, LtdfromMarch23toApril224wereselectedandandomlydividdintoterobot grou(=42)andthedaicnavigationgroup(n=42) usingarandomnumbertable.Bothgroupsunderwentimmediateimplantrestorationsurgery,withtherobot groupusingthactiveoral implantrobotandthedynamicnavigationgroupusingthedyamicnavigationsystem.Thimplantacuracy,oralhealthtatus,iplant successate,andsafetyerecomparedetwnthetwogroups.Results:Therbotgroupshowedsignificantlysmalertotaleosatth neckandotofteimlant,swellassalerdepthandangleeosattempantsiteomparedtothedyaicnvigaogoup( P <0.05). Theoralhealthimpactprofile-14(OHP-14)scoreat1yearpostoperatielywaslowerintherobotgroupthanthedynamicnavigation group (P<0.05) . The implant success rate was 100% in the two groups,and there was no statistically significant diffrence in complication incidence between the two groups (P>0.05) .Conclusion: Both the active oral implant robot and dynamic navigation system are safe and efectiveforimplantrestorationinanteriortothdefect,utteforerhashgherimplantpreisionandprovidesastrongermaiteance effect on oral health.
