AbstractObjectiveToinvestigatetefectsofupper-lbobotaistedtasorietedhabilitatiotraingonupper-lbfunction andqualityoflifeinstrokepatientswithhemiplegia.Methods：Atotalof144strokepatientswithhemiplegiatreatedattheFirst Afilated HospitalofAnhui MedicalUniversityfromJune2O23toDecemberO24wereselected.Theywererandomlydividedintothe study group （ n =72，receivingconventional therapycombined with upper-limbrobot-assistedtask-oriented training）andthecontrol group （n=72，receiingotialtraoditdalsdg）.Upp-lutitgfiue strength，activiisofailylving（D）ualityfife，ndetyereopadtwenthogop.utAtalltie intervention，higherug-Meyerasessentforupperextremity（FMA-UE）scores wereobseredinbothgroups，withthestudygroup scoring significantly higher than the control group （P<0.05） .After intervention，jointmovementvolume，depth，height，and width increased inthetwo groupscompared tothosebeforeintervention，withgreaterimprovements inthestudygroupthanthecontrolgroup （P<0.05） 二 Musclestrengthinagitalandcoroalaesincreasedrintervetionintetwogoups，withgreateimprovementsinestdy groupthanthecontrol group;whilevertical-axisstrengthdecreased，andit waslowerinthestudy groupthanthecontrolgroup （P<0.05 ） At4 and8weksafterintervention，othgroupsshowedhighermodifiedBarthelindex（MB）ndstrokespecificqalityoflifeale（SS） scores than those before intervention，with the study group scoring higher than the control group （P<0.05） .No statistically significant difference was observed in the total incidence of adverse events between the two groups （ （P>0.05） .Conclusion： Upper-limb robot-assisted task-orientedbiltatitgaiproupper-lfuto，ADdalityfifeilgicrokeatientsidety KeywordsStroke;Hemiplegia; UpperLimbRehabilitationRobot;Task-orientedRehabilitation; LimbFunction; QualityofLife
