AbstractObecti:Tivestigateteteiessofabilitationbotassstedarlyfunctioaltraiinginestoringardacad function after heart transplantation (HTx). Methods: 104HTX patients who were treated at our hospital from August 2O22 to March 2025 wereselected.Theywererandomlydividedintotecontrolgroup(n=52)andthexperimentalgroup(n=52)usingtheandomutable method.Tecontrolgroupreceiedonventioalfunctionaltraing,hileteexperimentalgroupunderwentehabiliatnobosiste earlyfuctioaltaig.Tdiferenestwenthtogoupsofntsinaelindtaadacfnctioeftveuladdstolic diameter(LVED),fttricularjtonfrtion(VE),fttriculad-systolicameter(VED),lbuctioassessent (ore],f-aebilityarthelidex(B],soloicalatusneersiofDvol scale (CD-RC)sorel,reopeatieconitiosddesevetatesitin3dasosopeativelyeompred.Rsuttero week f rainng,LVEDndLVESDvelssigficantlycreased,ndVEFlevelscreasedintetwgroups,withteeptal group showing better results than the control group ( P <0.05).After one month of training,FMA scores improved significantly in the two groups, with higher scores in the experimental group than the control group ( P <0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in BI scores between the two groups before surgery P>0.05 ). On postoperative days 3,1O,and 15,BI scores increased in the two groups,with higher scores in the experimental group (P<0.05) .Theinteraction effect was significant, with the improvement becoming more pronounced over time.Aftertraining, CD-RISC scores increased inthetwo groups,with higher scores in the experimental group( P <0.05). There were nostatisticallysigificantfrencswntetogroupsinpreoperativewaitingtiefotrasplntationitra-aoticalnup (IABP)/extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support rates (P>0.05) .Within 3O days after surgery,the experimental group had lowerincideneratesofdverseevetssuchascutereection,evereifetion,ndreoperatiocomparedtothontrolgouputthe differenceswere not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05) .Conclusion:Rehabilitationrobot-assisted early functional training has significant rehabilitiontsfHtitsItaielroeaacfuctiobuctiodsolicalatusel care ability,reduce incidence rate ofadverse events,with longer training time leading to beter outcomes.
