AbstractObjective：Toexploretheappicationeffectofdigitaldesigncombinedwith3D-printedpersonalizedpercutaneous guide inshoulderartocetesisanditsefectonpostoperativefunctioalrecoveryMetods：Aprospectiveclinicalstudywasonductedo 106 patients whounderwentshoulderarthrocentesisatourhospitalfrom September2O21toSeptember2O24.Theyweredividedinto thestudygroup（n=53）andthecontrolgroup（n=53）usingtheblockrandomizationmethod.Thecontrolgroupreceivedconventional ultrasound-gudedpuncture，hilethsdyoupunderwentpunctureasstdbyigialdesigncombedwithD-printedpesoalized percutaneous gide.Allpatientswerefollowedupfor6oths.Dierencsinsurgical idicatos，pnlevelumericalratingsale score]，houlderjntfunctiononstanturleyore，（CS），soulderjtangeofotion，ndcomplicationatserepd betwenthetwogroups.Results：Thepunctureeror，puncturetimeandumberoffluoroscopiesinthestudygroupwerelowerhan those in the control group （ P<0.05） .Compared with those before treatment，NRS scores at4 weeks，8 weeks，and12 weeks after treatment decreased in both groups （P<0.05） ，and the NRS scores in the study group at 8 weeks after treatment were lower than those in the control group P<0.05） .Compared withthosebefore treatment，CMS scoresat4weeks，12 weeks，and24 weeksafter treatmentincreased inboth groups （P<0.05） ，and CMS scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group （ P <0.05）. Compared with that before treatment，shoulder joint range of motion at 24 weeks after treatment increased in the two groups （ P <0.05），and the study group showed a greater range of motion than the control group （P<0.05 ）.The total complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The application of digital design combined with 3D-printed personalized percutaneous guide in shoulder arthrocentesisanetivelyallviatepostoperatiepain，promotepostoperativeoulderjointfunctioaleoveryandduete incidence of postoperative complications.
