数字化设计结合3D打印个性化经皮导板在肩关节周围穿刺中的应用及对术后功能恢复效果的评估

AbstractObjective:Toexploretheappicationeffectofdigitaldesigncombinedwith3D-printedpersonalizedpercutaneous guide inshoulderartocetesisanditsefectonpostoperativefunctioalrecoveryMetods:Aprospectiveclinicalstudywasonductedo 106 patients whounderwentshoulderarthrocentesisatourhospitalfrom September2O21toSeptember2O24.Theyweredividedinto thestudygroup(n=53)andthecontrolgroup(n=53)usingtheblockrandomizationmethod.Thecontrolgroupreceivedconventional ultrasound-gudedpuncture,hilethsdyoupunderwentpunctureasstdbyigialdesigncombedwithD-printedpesoalized percutaneous gide.Allpatientswerefollowedupfor6oths.Dierencsinsurgical idicatos,pnlevelumericalratingsale score],houlderjntfunctiononstanturleyore,(CS),soulderjtangeofotion,ndcomplicationatserepd betwenthetwogroups.Results:Thepunctureeror,puncturetimeandumberoffluoroscopiesinthestudygroupwerelowerhan those in the control group ( P<0.05) .Compared with those before treatment,NRS scores at4 weeks,8 weeks,and12 weeks after treatment decreased in both groups (P<0.05) ,and the NRS scores in the study group at 8 weeks after treatment were lower than those in the control group P<0.05) .Compared withthosebefore treatment,CMS scoresat4weeks,12 weeks,and24 weeksafter treatmentincreased inboth groups (P<0.05) ,and CMS scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05). Compared with that before treatment,shoulder joint range of motion at 24 weeks after treatment increased in the two groups ( P <0.05),and the study group showed a greater range of motion than the control group (P<0.05 ).The total complication rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion: The application of digital design combined with 3D-printed personalized percutaneous guide in shoulder arthrocentesisanetivelyallviatepostoperatiepain,promotepostoperativeoulderjointfunctioaleoveryandduete incidence of postoperative complications.
