AbstractObjective:Toexploretheclinicalaplicationvalueofdigitalthree-dimensional printing(D3DP)technologyonrepair efciencyandaestheticoutcomesofpersonalizeddenturerepairinpatientswithdentitiondefects.Methods:5Opatientswithdental defects who weretreatedatQingdaoFifthPeople’sHospitalfromJune2O23toMay2O25wereselected.Theyweredividedintothe studygroup(n=75)andthecontrolgroup(n=75)using herandomnumbertablemethod.Thestudygroupunderwentfulldigitalimplant restoration (digital guide plate-assisted surgery+intraoral scanning+computer-aided design 1+ 3D-printed prosthesis), while the control group receivedtraditoaliplantrstration(frhndsurgeryraditioalplyetrimpresio+oaxcasting).eurgicalency prosthesisqualitycomplicationates,andaestheticsoresofthetwogroups werecompared.Results:Thestudygroupshowedsupeior implant placement time,prosthesis delivery time,and adjustment times compared to the control group ( P<0.05) .The studygroup also showedhigherxceltatesforosthisargialdptatioeeritealfitdlowroplicatioates(5).diialy the study group scored higher in pink aesthetic,white aesthetic,and overallaesthetics ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:D3DP technology has favorableapplicatioefectsinpersonalizedenturerepairforpatientswithentitiondefects,wichcanenhancesurgicalffiency prosthesis quality, and aesthetic outcomes while reducing complication rates.
