AbstractObjective:Tocomparetheeficacyofexoskeletonrobot-asistedrehabitationcombined withconventinalphysicaltherapy versusconventional physicaltherapyaloninlowerlimbrehabilitationofstrokepatients.Methods:1OO strokepatients who were treatedattheSecondAflatedHospitalofNntongUniversity/antongFstPeople'sHospitalfromDecemberO3toApril25were selected.Teywereandomlydvdeditotesevaongoup(5O,eceivngexoskeletonobotasistedeabilitiocoidit conventionalphsicalthrap)andteontrolgoup(n=5O,receivingconvenionalphysicalterapy).LwerimbmotorfunctioFuglMeyerassessmentoflowerextreity(FM-LE)],alanceabilityergalancesale(BBS)],activitisofdailylving[odifdtl index(BI)andstrokeimpactsale (SS),walkingability-iutewalktest(MW),eartrate(HR),loodoxygesaturatio(SpO) andBorgratingofperceivedexertion (RPE)measuredattheendofthe6MWT],andrehabilitationsatisfactionlevelwerecompared betweenthetwogroupsbeforeandafter3weksofintervention.Results:After3weksofintervetion,othgroupsshowedsiificat improvements in FMA-LE,BBS,MBI,SIS,6MWTand RPE scores compared to those before intervention ( P <0.05), while SpC ′2 levels decreased (P<0.O5).The observation group had significantly higher FMA-LE,BBS,MBI,SIS,6MWT scoresand Sp02 levels than the control group after 3 weeks of intervention (P<0.05) .However,HR and RPE scores were lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05) .The patientsatisfaction rates onrehabilitation treatment were higher in theobservation groupthan those inthe control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion:Exoskeleton robot-assistedrehabilitation combined with conventional physical therapycan significantly improvelowerbabilittiooucomsirokepatints.Itanacelowerbotorfuntion,alancabilitytviiofdaily living,andwalkingabilitywithhighpatientsatisfaction.
