外骨骼机器人辅助康复联合物理治疗在脑卒中患者下肢康复中的疗效探究

AbstractObjective：Tocomparetheeficacyofexoskeletonrobot-asistedrehabitationcombined withconventinalphysicaltherapy versusconventional physicaltherapyaloninlowerlimbrehabilitationofstrokepatients.Methods：1OO strokepatients who were treatedattheSecondAflatedHospitalofNntongUniversity/antongFstPeople'sHospitalfromDecemberO3toApril25were selected.Teywereandomlydvdeditotesevaongoup（5O，eceivngexoskeletonobotasistedeabilitiocoidit conventionalphsicalthrap）andteontrolgoup（n=5O，receivingconvenionalphysicalterapy）.LwerimbmotorfunctioFuglMeyerassessmentoflowerextreity（FM-LE）]，alanceabilityergalancesale（BBS）]，activitisofdailylving[odifdtl index（BI）andstrokeimpactsale （SS），walkingability-iutewalktest（MW），eartrate（HR），loodoxygesaturatio（SpO） andBorgratingofperceivedexertion （RPE）measuredattheendofthe6MWT]，andrehabilitationsatisfactionlevelwerecompared betweenthetwogroupsbeforeandafter3weksofintervention.Results：After3weksofintervetion，othgroupsshowedsiificat improvements in FMA-LE，BBS，MBI，SIS，6MWTand RPE scores compared to those before intervention （ P <0.05）， while SpC ′2 levels decreased （P<0.O5）.The observation group had significantly higher FMA-LE，BBS，MBI，SIS，6MWT scoresand Sp02 levels than the control group after 3 weeks of intervention （P<0.05） .However，HR and RPE scores were lower in the observation group than the control group （P<0.05） .The patientsatisfaction rates onrehabilitation treatment were higher in theobservation groupthan those inthe control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：Exoskeleton robot-assistedrehabilitation combined with conventional physical therapycan significantly improvelowerbabilittiooucomsirokepatints.Itanacelowerbotorfuntion，alancabilitytviiofdaily living，andwalkingabilitywithhighpatientsatisfaction.

近年来，我国脑卒中发病率逐年攀升，约 70% 的幸存者遗留不同程度的下肢运动障碍，进而导致运动受限、平衡障碍及步行能力下降等问题，直接影响患者独立生活能力与社会参与度，因此亟须高效的康复手段以改善脑卒中患者的功能预后[1-2]。（剩余11291字）
