AbstractObjective:Toexploretheperformancendsafetyofingle-prtoboticsurgicalsysteminthetreatmentofotoholagologic tumors.Methods:210casesofotorhinolarygologicsurgeriesperformedusingtheDaVincisingle-portroboticsurgicalsystemfrom January2022toDecember4atSeningHospital,CinaMedicalUiversityreselectedepeatioalfleiblityfuctioal reliablity,ndsafetyofesingle-portoboticsurgicalsystemintetreatmentofbenignandmaignantotoinolarygologicors wererecordedandanalyzed.Results:Amongthe210cases,surgicalrobotseuippedwithtworoboticarms were mostcommonlyused, followed byoneroboticarm,withthelowestusageratefor3robotic arms.The mostcommonlyused manipulationangle was 180∘-360∘ : The mostommonlyusedsingle-port Trocardiameterwas2-3cm.A15-foldfieldmagnificationwas themostfrequentlyused.Interms ofoperationalperformancereliabilitythesystemstablyachievesamaximumremoteoperatingdistanceof1986km.Wileoperational latency exists,it remains consistently below 266.2O ms,with a packet loss rate maintained at 18.30‰ and an average procedure duration of 136min .Theone-samplet-testshowedthatthenumericaldistributionsofremoteoperatingdistance,commanddelaytime,signalpacket loss rate,and surgical timedidnot conform to normal distribution,with statisticallysignificant diferences (P<0.05) . Among the 210 cases of surgery, 8 cases (3.81 % ) developed mild mucosal edema,all of which healed after symptomatic treatment.Logistic regressionanalysis results showed that larger operating angle (OR=1.OO9),larger single-port diameter ( OR=5.884 ),higherfieldmagnification OR=1.563 ),and longersurgicaltie(R=1234)wreriskfactorsafetingtheoperationalsafetyofthesingleportsugicalrobot.Among t,single port diameter ( P <0.1) and surgical time ( P <0.05) showed statistically significant differences.Conclusion: The single-port robotic surgical systemenablespreisepositiongnddatemanpulatiofolarygologiclsistoghtesgsticetofhigisin roboticasadDgdefiiionsurgicaloWithitssigantdvaagsiurgialiisiofleibilityeratioalad delayandactteelceoilsin technical support for improving surgical success rates.
