下肢康复机器人联合认知-运动双任务训练对脑卒中患者神经功能及运动能力的影响

AbstractObjective:Toinvestigatetheefectsoflowerlimbrehabilitationrobotcombinedwithcognitive-motordual-tasktraning onneurologicalfunctionandmotorabilityinstrokepatients.Methods:152strokepatientswhowere treatedattheAfliatedBrain HospitalfNanjing MedicalUniversityfromJanuary2O23toDecember2O24wereselected.Patientswererandomlydividedntothe group A ( n =50,receivinglowerlimbehabilitationrobot-asistedtraiing),groupB(n=50,receivingcogntive-motordual-tasktraing), and group C ( n =52,receiving lower limb rehabilitationrobotcombined withcognitive-motordual-task training)using arandom number table.Theneurologicalfunctioalane,ndmotorabiltyfteegroupsereompared,ndteidenceofompatioas recorded.Results:Comparedwiththosebefore intervention,thenational institutesofhealthstrokescale (NIHSS)andthemodified Rankinscale(RS)scoresdcreasedinalltetregroupsafter3monthsofterventionwithroupCshowigsigficantlylower scores than groups A and B ( P <0.05). Similarly,the Berg balance scale (BBS) and the Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) scores increased inallthe tre groups,withgroupCshowingsignificantlyhigherscoresthangroupsAandB(PO.O5).Teincidenceofcomplications in group C was also significantly lower than that in groups A and B (P<0.05) .Conclusion: The combination of lower limb rehabilitation robotandcognitive-motordual-tasktrainigcaniproveneurologicalfunctionnhancebalanceandmotorabilitywithhighsafetyn stroke patients.
