应激系统理论下的分段式盆底肌锻炼在机器人辅助腹腔镜子宫切除术中的应用效果

AbstractObjective:Toexploretheefectofsegmentedpelvicfloormuscleexercisesbasedonthestresstheoryonbladderfunction andfemalesexalfunctionindex (FSF)scores inpatientsundergingrobot-asistedlaparosopichysterectomy.Methods:8patints whounderwentrobot-assistedlaparoscopichysterectomyatNorthwestWomen’sandChilden’sHospitalfromMay222toarch225 wereenroled.They were divided into the control group (n=4O,receiving routine intervention)and the observation group( n =40, receiving segmentedpelvicfoormusclexercisesasedotestressteory)asedonpostoperativeinterventiostrategis.Periopeativedcators, pelvicfloorelctrogaus,derutioealfutiodostaticssddereomprd thetwogroups.Results:Comparedtothecontrolgroup,teobservationgroupadsignificatlyshortertimestofistoutf-edactivity first flatus,first oral intake,and hospital stay( P <0.05).At 8 weeks postoperatively, both groups showed increased trends in maximum fast-twitchmuscleotrctionverage10sslow-twichmuscleotractioaverage6Ossow-twichuscleotraction,oe, and total scores,with a more significant increase in the observation group ( P <0.05).At8 weeks postoperatively,PTSD checklist-civilian version(PCL-C)sorsMUsoresndtotalosredcreadintetogrousithicantlyleorsintati group 'P<0.05) . Conclusion: Segmented pelvic floor muscle exercises under the stresstheorycan accelerate postoperative recovery, improvepelvicflofuction,bladerfucti,ealfuctiondllviateDinatintsdergngbotassistedlaooic hysterectomy.
