机器人辅助腹腔镜手术治疗复杂深部浸润型子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效及安全性分析

AbstractOetiigatelalacetydcaldtasofoisedlaaico complexdeplratigdomerosisingteewel,dder.:rospetiealsste on57patientswithcomplexDIEwhoweretreatedattheFirstAfilatedHospitalofAirForceMedicalUniversityfromMay2O7toMay 2022.The patients were divided into the robotic group (n=26) and the laparoscopic group (n=31 )based on the surgical approach. All patientsundentadicallsioectioeriopativeicatorssiosetiouomsecoeyfganfuctioddce of complicationswerecomparedbetween thetwogroups.Results:Noconversion tolaparotomyoccurredineithergroup.Compared withthelaparosopicgoueoticopowdiiantlsitaoatiloods,horosopeatiegfoial stay,and a lower rate of intraoperative injury to key organs (P<0.05) . There was no statistically significant difference in total operative timebetweenthetwogroups(P>O5).Furtheranalysisrevealedtatoperativetimesforboththebowelandtheuretersubgroupswere significantly shorter in the robotic group compared to the corresponding subgroups in the laparoscopic group ( P <0.05). At 6 months after surgery,therboticoupsoedgeratesofelieffrouraryndintestialsptosandlowrlicalecueeatetnthe laparoscopic group( P <0.05).No imaging-confirmed recurrnce was observed in either group.No severe complications occurrd in the robotic group,hileocaseofrtalanastomoticlakageouedinthlaparosopic group.Teoverallomplicatioatesbtwenthe two groups were not statistically different (P>0.05) .Conclusion:Robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery for complex DIE can reduce the risk ofintraoperatieanijuryeasebloodlossproveteencyofplexaneuvesndfaciliatetopatiefuctiol recovery.It can be considered a preferred minimally invasive treatment option for such conditions.
