Abstract：This paperconductsanin-depthdiscussiononpromotingthe craftsmanshipspirit andcultivating technicaland skiledtalentsinighervocatioalducation.Firstly，itelboratesontheonotationofteaftsmanshipspiritnditssignificantimportanceincontemporaryhighervocationaleducation，includingitsroleinenhancingthequalityoftalentsand promoting industrialupgrading.Then，itanalyzes theexisting problems incultivatingthecraftsmanshipspiritincurrent higher vocationaleducation，suchastheimperfectcuriculumsystemandweak practicalteaching.Subsequently，asriesf targetedcultivationpathsandstrategiesareproposed，overingcurriculumreform，constructionof traiingbases，cultivationof teachingstaf，andcreationofcampusculture，aiming toprovidereferencesforhighervocationaleducationtobeter promotethecraftsmanshipspiritandcultivate high-qualitytechnicalandskiled talents thatmeetthe needsof thetimes.
