Abstract:Tractionpinconnectionseatisakeyconnectionpartof heavytruck.Due tothehighrequirement of weld seam, the appearanceand interiorofweldseam are required tobetestedaccording to ISO5817,andtheweld grade isB.However,theoriginalwelding processismanual MAGgasshielded welding,theoperator'sselectionof welding process parameters is unreasonable,and there are some problems in the weldingoperation method.Thelocal weld seam is not welded in thehorizontalposition,resulting intheKvalueof theweldingangleheightnotmeeting theprocessrequirements,theinternalpenetrationof the weld is not enough,andthelocalnon-fusioncauses thefirstsetof samples tobe unqualified.

1影响牵引销连接座焊缝质量原因分析
零件成型及装配对焊接质量的影响,该产品下盘件、隔板全部采用Q345低合金高强钢,牵引销盘采用Q700耐候钢,下盘采用弯板机折弯,厚度为12mm ,零件弯曲难度大,变形后矫正难度大,没有工装靠划线装配,隔板与下盘装配间隙不均匀,造成焊缝间隙不同。(剩余3582字)
