Abstract：ThispaperproposedashemeoftransformingthemanualslidingdoorofCNClatheintoanautomaticcylinderontrol doorowingtoits inconvenientoperationandloweficiency.Byanalyzingthestructural characteristicsandexisting problems of manual slidingdoor，the modificationschemeofcylinderdrivesystem，automaticoperationsystemandsafetyprotectionis designed.Theinstalationmode，controlcircuitdesignandsafetyprotectionmeasuresaredescribed indetail.Afterthe transformation，theautomaticdoorsystemoperationisstablendreliable，whichsignificantlyimproves theproductioneficiency reduces the labor intensityofoperators，and providesareference fortheautomatic transformationof similar equipment.
