工匠精神培育与专业课程思政耦合的实践路径
——基于职业技术师范学院的探索与实践
Abstract：BasedontheMarxistconceptoflborandcollaborativeeducationtheory，the VocationalandTechnicalTeachers Colegeof BaotouTeachers'Collgehasactivelyexploredpracticalpathwaysfortheintegrationofcraftsmanshipspiritcultivationand ideologicalandpoliticaleducation inspecializedcourses.Infacultydevelopment，astratifiedandcategorized training system with incentive mechanisms hasbeen established.Through measures suchas the "Jiangxin Zhuhun"（Cultivatingthe Soul withCraftsmanship）pre-post trainingandspecial seminarson"integratingcurriculum-based ideological andpolitical educationwithcraftsmanshipspirit"，teachers'competencyinholisticeducationhasbeensignificantlyenhanced.Incurriculumsystemconstruction，thecraftsmanshipspiritand ideologicalandpoliticalelementsaredeeplyintegrated into curriculumobjectives andcontent.Thecollge has developedadistinctive teaching resource libraryand innovativelyadoptedproject-based，scenariobased，andsminarstyleteachingmethods.Inpracticaleducation，theculuralenvironmentof in-campus training bases hasbeenupgraded tocreatea "craftsmanshipculturecircle."Meanwhile，scholenterprisecooperation hasbeendeepened through theimplementationofadual-tutorcollaborativeeducationsystem，inviting enterprise craftsmen toparticipate inteaching guidance.Through theconstructionofmulti-dimensional practical pathways，thecollegehas efectivelypromotedthedeepintegrationofcraftsmanshipspiritcultivationandideologicalandpolitical education inspecializedcourses.Thisprovidesaviable practical model forcultivating "Double-qualified"vocational teachersandappliedtalentswithhighethical standardsandtechnicalproficiency.Italsoofersvaluablereferencesfor achieving high-qualitydevelopment and deepening industry-education integration invocationaleducation..
