Abstract:Aiming attheinfluence of boronandotherimpurities insilicononphotovoltaic powergeneration eficiency in industrialsilicon,thisstudysystematicallyanalyzedtheoccurrenceandmicrostructuredistributionofimpurityelementsinrefined industrial siliconbyscanning electronmicroscope (SEM),energydispersive spectrometer(EDS)and electronprobe microanalysis(EPMA).Theresults show that elements BandParedispersedand evenlydistributed.Metalimpurities such as Al,Ca,FeandTiaresignificantlyenichedatgrainboundaries,formingcompositephasessuchasAl-Si-FeandC-AlSi-Ca.C element is mainlydispersed,and there is SiC-rich phase locally.
