Abstract：Thearticleproposesefectivepaths forintegratingcraftsmanshipspiritintothecultivationof technical skilled talentssuchasconstructingasystemforcultivatingthespiritofcraftsmanship toensureitsrealizationfromanidealtoa concrete practice，buildinganoutstanding"dual-qualified" teacher team toachievecollborative education，establishing a three-stageprogressveodelof"masterstudio"intgrating moralityaspirationintellgence，skills，andinovaioforte cultivationofcraftsmanshiptalents，toachieveseamless integrationofshoolsandenterprises，andcreatingacomprehensive practicalplatformforlearning，production，andsharingtofacilitate interactionandcollborationamong thesubjectsof craftsmanship spirit cultivation.Practiceshows thatthe paths efectivelyrealizetheseamless integrationandcollaborative interactionamong theidealandreality，teachingandproduction，andschoolsandenterprissinthecultivatioofthespirit of craftsmanship，which provide key support for the high-quality cultivationof technical and skilled talents.
