Abstract:The precisionhydrauliccylinder blockandcylinderlinerare keycomponents inthetransmissionsystemof specialarmoredvehicles.Thesurfacefinish,roundness,andcylindricityof their matingpartshaveextremelystrictrequirements toreachamiror-likeprocessing efect.However,theeficiencyoffinishing processessuchasmirror-likeprocessing is oftenlow,which has becomeakeyfactorrestricting theproductionschedule.Through theoverallanalysisof heprocessystem and the testing and verification of the processing process,this paper realizes theeficient processingof core partsof specialvehicles bycombining boringandroling,aswellasthecombined clamping ofhydrauliccylinder blocks and cylinder liners.
