高职院校开展新时代工匠精神培育的思考

Abstract：This study employsaquestionnaire survey approach to conduct asampling investigation among teachers and studentsfrommorethanlvocationalcolleges inCongqing.Overall，thsecollegesdemonstrateeffctivecraftsmanshipcultivation with a positive atmosphere，showing strong awareness and high recognition among both facultyand students.However，weaknesss existinaspects includingcurriculumsystemconstruction，implementationofcampusculturalactivities， collaborativeeducationthrough school-enterprise partnerships，continuous incentiveassessments，and improvementof management mechanisms.To consolidateachievements，vocationalcollges need tostrengthen top-level design for longtermmechanisms，deepen industry-educationintegrationtoenhancecollaborativeeducation，cultivateculturalfoundations to enrichcampus ecosystems，optimize teaching faculty to bolster educational support，therebypromoting more substantial outcomesincraftsmanship spiritcultivation.
