Abstract:This paperaddresss theisuesoflarge temperaturefluctuations,highenergyconsumption,andlowinteligence intraditional heattreatmentfurnacesbydesigningatemperatureregulationsystemforavariable-volumeheattreatment furnace.Through anL-typetransmission mechanism,thefurnacevolume is switched between 25mand16m.Combined with 22- zoneindependent temperature control,fuzzy PIDalgorithm,anda "variable-frequency airadjustment + electric butterfly valve" cooling technology,the furnace temperature uniformityisimproved to )±3.5C ,the cooling rate control accuracy reaches ±5C/h ,the unit energy consumption is reduced by 18.7% ,and nitrogen oxide emissions are decreased by 80% .Industrial applications show that thequalified rate of workpiece heat treatment increases from 82% to97 % ,and the production cycle is shortened by 33% . The study indicates that future improvements can be made through machine learning,5Gcommunication,andwasteheatenergystorage technologiestofurtherenhancesystemadaptabilityandintelligence, providing a technical paradigm for the green transformation of the manufacturing industry.
