Abstract：Theestablishmentof national-level skillmaster studios aims tofullyleveragetheexemplaryandleading roleof skillmasters，withtheobjectivesofenhancingthequalityoftheworkforceandpromotingtechnologicalandskillbasedinnovation within enterprises.These studiosserve asplatformsforhigh-skilledtalents toengage in technologicalandskillbased innovation，facilitatethetransformationanddisseminationofresearchachievements，andcultivate skiled personel.
