Abstract：The large-diameter transfer machine is the corecomponent of acertain type of equipment system，and the processingqualityoftherearframeofthetransfermachineisdirectlyrelatedtotheperformanceandreliabilityoftheentire equipmentsystem.Thisarticle providesadetailed explanationof theresearch processforoptimizing the processng technologyoftherearframeofthelarge-diametertransfermachine.Through in-depthanalysisand experimentalverificationof existing processes，asriesoftargetedotimzationmeasuresareproposed，andtheirpplicationectsinctualpouction areevaluated.Theresearch results indicate thattheoptimized process plan has achieved significant results in improving the production efficiency，ensuring product quality，and reducing manufacturing costs.
