Abstract: Taking the transportation network of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object,a county-level network topologymodelisestablishedusing theSpace-Pmethod toanalyzethestaticcharacteristicsof theroadnetwork. The researchresults showthatthe transportation network exhibits clear scale-free network characteristics.Fromacountylevelperspective,onlyafewnodeshaveahighdegre,whilemostnodes havelowerconnectivity,withfewerhubnodesand poornetworkconnectivity.This isparticularlychallenging inthecontextofruralrevitalizationandcounty-levelurbanization,wheresomecountiesfacesignificantobstaclesduetoweaktransportationinfrastructure.Underrandomattack strategies,theroad network shows obviousvulnerabilityandstructural instability.Fromanodecentralityanalysis perspective,a small umberofnodes intheroadnetworkofInnerMongoliahaveoverlyhighimportance.Undertargetedattack strategies, theperformanceof thenetworksignificantlydeteriorates,leadingtotherapidparalysisoftheentirenetwork.Thisphenomenonis closelyrelated tothedevelopmentofcounty-levelnew urbanization.Therefore,strengthening theconstructionand optimizationofcounty-levelroadnetworks,andenhancingtheresilienceofkeynodes,arecrucialmeasures topromotethe coordinated development of county-level urbanization and regional development in Inner Mongolia.
