特大断面公路隧道围岩变形分析及支护优化研究

Abstract:Inorder toexplore theinfluenceof the thicknessof theinitial supportshotcreteonthe stressanddeformationof the surrounding rock in tunnel construction,taking the Maanshan Tunnel from Deyang to Chengdusection of the Beijing-Kunming Expresswayasan example,FLAC 3D software was used to establish a three-dimensional solid modelof the tunnel with differentinitial support shotcrete thicknesses for numerical simulation,andthecalculated values were compared with theon-site monitoring data,and the stress and deformation laws of the surounding rock after the supportof different shotcrete thickneses were discussed.The results showed thatthe thicknessof shotcrete increased from 10 cm to 15,20 and 25 cm,and the surface deformation decreased by 4.14% , 2.13% and 0.85% , respectively,and the deformation of the vault decreased by 3.84%, 1.92% and 0.94% ,respectively.When the spray thickness was 20cm ,the deformation amplitude of the vault tent to be stable,and when the spray thickness increased from 20 cm to 25cm ,the confining pressure support stress was weakened,and the spraying thickness of 20cm was the optimal scheme and more economical.The comparison between the numerical simulation and the onsite monitoring data showed thatthe numerical calculated value was large and close to the measured data,and the prediction accuracy met the requirements of the guided construction.This case can provide reference experience for the implementation of numerical simulation,monitoring and measurement of similar tunnels in the future.
