Abstract:Inrecentyears,afterthe completion of ultra-low emisiontransformation of coal-fired units,theemission of nitrogenoxides has been efectively controlled.However,due to the wideapplication of low-nitrogencombustion technology,the reduction zone of coal-fired boiler has more reducing gases such as CO and H2 ,resulting in an increase in H2S concentration,further leading to high-temperature corrosion of water-cooled wall pipelines and affecting the safe operation of the unit.In this paper,the production mechanism of H2S was analyzed,and a model of H2 S generation easy toapplywasobtained,which was verified byactual measurements.Finally,the measures toreduce the high-temperature corrosion of the water wall were analyzed.
