Abstract:A new type of humidity sensor was fabricated using a composite film of nano titanium dioxide ( TiO2 )and polyimide(PI)as a moisture sensing material,and asmart construction sitesystembasedon photovoltaic power station infrastructure project was developed based on the sensor.The test first optimized the performance of the humidity sensor,and then studiedthe function and performance of the built system.The results showed that the wet and dry sensors had the best performance when the nano-TiO mass fraction was 6% and the PI/TiO2 composite film thick ness was 50μm .Atthis time,the sensitivity of the humidity sensor was 13.25pF ,therelative humiditywas 1.59% ,and the moisture absorption response time and dehumidification response time were 73 and 84 s,respectively.The function and performance of the smart construction site system based on the photovoltaic power station infrastructure project developed on the basis of this sensor meet the expected requirements,andcan become an important tool for the scientific management of the photovoltaic power station infrastructure project.
