Abstract:An ultra-low modulus room-temperature vulcanized silicone sealant was prepared with hydroxyl polydimethylsiloxane(1O7 glue)as the base glue,calciumcarbonateasthereinforcing filer,siliconeoil,additives andcatalysts.The efectsof high viscosityand lowviscosity107base adhesivecompounding,thedoping ratioof heavycalciumand nanocalcium carbonate,the combinationof crosslinker and chain extender,and thecombinationof difrent coupling agents on the performance of sealant were studied. The results showed that when 2O OOO mPa ·s107 glue: 500000mPa⋅s107glue=7:3 ,heavy calcium: nano calcium carbonate and silicone oil addition of 5O phr,the modulusof the sealant was lower and had beter fluidity,which is conducive to construction. When crosslinker: PC7200=3:1 and were compounded,the modulus of the final prepared silicone sealant was (204 0.08MPa,150% fixed-elongation elastic recovery rate was 96% ,and elongation at break was 1 250% ,which can be used for caulking sealing of airport runways and highways in extreme climate areas.

室温硫化硅橡胶在湿气环境中通过107基胶和交联剂交联固化形成独特的—Si—O—Si—空间结构,与其他密封胶相比,硅橡胶具有优异的耐侯性,酸碱稳定性高,耐化学腐蚀性,较宽的环境使用温度,对基材的粘接广泛性好,从而在建筑工业、电子行业、橡胶模具、航空航天、汽车船舶、医药纺织等领域有着突出表现[14]
室温硫化硅橡胶按 100% 定伸应力的大小可分为低模量硅橡胶、中模量硅橡胶以及高模量硅橡胶[5],其中高模量硅橡胶硬度高、力学强度好,主要用于基材之间的结构粘接;低模量硅橡胶硬度低、柔韧性好、伸长率高,主要用于存在大形变量基材的粘接密封。(剩余4632字)
