高海拔输变电工程防渗用的新型聚氨酯注浆材料研究

Abstract:In order to improve the anti-seepage effectof power transmisson and transformation engineering construction,anew type of polyurethane grouting materialsuitablefor anti-seepage constructionof ultra-high altitude power transmission and transformation project was prepared by using polyether polyol (A and B),polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate PM2OO,modified graphiteand dimethyl methylphosphonate as raw materials,and organotin was used as catalyst.The efects of polyether polyol compounding ratio,modified graphite dosage,isocyanate dosage and dimethyl base phosphonate dosage on the propertiesof polyurethane grouting materials were investigated.The results showed that when the ratio of A and Bcomponents in thecompound polyether polyol was 1:3,the content of modified graphite was 3% ,the dosage of isocyanate was between 1.6%~2.0% ,and the dosage of dimethylphosphonate was 5% ,the highest reaction temperature of the new polyurethane grouting material could be reduced to 65 C ,the curing time could be extended to 82min ,the viscosity could be controlled below 1 Oo0 mPa ⋅⋅ s,and the compressive strength and tensile strength could reach more than 50MPa . The comprehensive properties of the new polyurethane grouting material were good.The results show thatthe new polyurethane grouting material can meet the needs of anti-seepage construction in theconstruction of ultra-high altitude power transmission and transformationprojects,and is helpful to broaden the application range of polyurethane grouting materials.
