Abstract：Inorder to further improve thecomfortof ventilatorrespirator masks，combined withthe traditional polyurethane material preparationprocess experience，the polyurethane mask material forsevere breathing wasoptimized， and the mechanical properties and practical application effects of the prepared polyurethane mask material were explored.The results showed that when the curing time was 12O min and the curing temperature was 80 C ，the mechanical properties of the polyurethane material met therequirements.Theclinical application showed that therespiratory mask prepared bythis material showed good comfort and satisfaction in clinical application，and pased the correlation test （ P<0.05 ）.
