Abstract:In order to improve the safetyand reinforcement effectof bridge structure,the interface properties of modified epoxy resin adesivefor railway bridge reinforcement were studied.Boron nitridewas used asan epoxy resin modifier,and boronnitride waspretreatedand modified beforemodification to improvetheviscosityand physical and chemical properties of boron nitride.The modified epoxy resin was prepared with boron nitride at 0% , 15% , 30% and 45% ,and the test specimens were prepared by bonding concrete materials,and the interfacial bonding tensile strength,bonding strengthand viscosity ofthe specimens with diffrent boron nitridecontents were tested. When the dosage of inorganic filler Al2O3 powder was 0% 7% , 14% and 21% ,respectively,the results showed that the bonding interface strength of the modifiedepoxy resin was obtained.When theamount of boron nitride was 15% ,theinterfacialtensile strength,adhesivestrengthand interfacialviscositypropertiesof the modifiedepoxyresin werethe highest,and the interfacial micromorphologyroughness was moderate.When theamountof inorganic filler Al2O3 powder based on the boron nitride dosage was 15% ,the peel strength of the modified epoxy resin could be improved.
