装配式建筑用的4种纤维复材制备及性能提升研究

Abstract:In order to improve the mechanical properties of fiber composites for prefabricatedbuildings,four kinds of fiber composite laminates with diferent components were prepared byusing a twin-screw extrusion mechanism, the shear properties,bending properties and impact properties of Ti/CF/PA6、Ti/GB/CF/PA6、Ti/nano-CaCO 3 / CF/PA6 and Ti/GB/nano-CaCO 3 /CF/PA6 were compared and analyzed,and the fracture morphology was observed. The results showed that adding GB or nano-CaCO 3 to Ti/CF/PA6 alone,as well as the addition of GB and nano-CaCO 3 together,increased the shear strength of the composite,and the shear strength of the composite material was the highest when nano-CaCO 3 was added alone.Adding GB or nano- .cac03 to Ti/CF/PA6 alone reduced the flexural strength of the composite,while addition of nano- CaCO3 alone increased the flexural strength of composites. Adding GB or nano ⋅CaCO3 to Ti/CF/PA6 alone,as well as the addition of GB and nano- .cac03 together,increased the impact strength of the composite,and the impact strength of the composite material was the highest when GB and nano- CaCO3 were added together. After adding nano .cac03 alone or the combination of GB and nano- CaCO3 , the composites have good mechanical properties and can be applied in prefabricated building structural materials.
