Abstract:By establishing afinite element modelofthe gluedconnection betweenthe metal jointandthecarbon fiber rod,and the temperature field simulation analysis of the glued area,the failure principle and connection mode of the glue layer ofthe trusstructure were discussed.The results showed that the adhesive layer in the adhesive area failed under highand low temperature conditions,andonlythe adhesive layerintheendarea of the joint bonding areafailedunder high temperature conditions.Atlow temperatures,the adhesive line failed inthe end area as well as in the edge area of the square joint.From the analysis of the secondary nominal stress and each stress component,the failure ofthe adhesivelayer under low temperature conditions wasmore serious than that under high temperature conditions.The simulation results were verified by the preparation test,and part of the load of the adhesive line could be shared by increasing the riveted connection mode,soas to avoid the failure of theadhesive line and make the truss structure more stable.
