轨道交通供电设备用胶粘剂强度和热机械性能影响研究

Abstract:The efect of diluent type on apparent properties,bond strength,hardness,adhesion,hygroscopicity,and thermomechanical properties was studied.The results showed thatthe type of diluent had a significant impact on the apparent properties of the adhesive,with 669,692 and OXA as diluents having beter apparent properties and ECC having the shortest geling time whenECC wasusedas diluent.The finaladhesive strength of theadhesive specimens was EP3,OXA,669 and 692in descending order,but the bonding and seting time of the adhesive specimens was long(≥3O min)when OXA was used as a diluent.When EP3,669,692 and DOX were used as diluents,the pencil hardness of the adhesive samples was 2 H,and the orderof Shore hardness was EP3,DOX,669,OXA,692, and the adhesion of the adhesive samples was grade 2 when EP3,669 and DOX were used as diluents.When 669 and 692 are used as diluents,the impact strength of the adhesive specimen was higher than 100J/cm2 . Adhesives with EP3 and 692 as diluents had lower glass transition temperatures and crosslinking densities than adhesives with 669 as diluents.

胶粘剂作为一种能够通过粘附力和内聚力将不同类型的物体粘合在一起的物质[1],在现代城市轨道交通供电设备中应用较为广泛,这主要是因为城市轨道交通供电设备中零部件较多,不同种类和不同材质的零部件在安装和维护过程中不可避免地需要进行连接2;而焊接等方式的连接会造成零部件基本物性的改变且不易在尺寸较小的零部件中使用,因此,较为适宜的方法是选择合适的胶粘剂进行连接[3-5]。(剩余6509字)
