Abstract:In order to improve the problems of lowsystem security,high occupancy rate and long response time in the existing inteligent power service system,an intelligent power customer service auxiliary decision-making system was proposed on the basis of the study of distributed computing platform and data mining. Based on the Hadoop and Map/Reduce frameworks,the overallarchitecture,application architectureand functions of the intelligent customer service auxiliary decision-making system were designed,and a fuzzy decision tree data mining algorithm was proposed to mine the behavior data of intellgent power customer service channel interaction,and the safety,functionalityand effectiveness of the system were verified in the experimental stage.The results showed that compared with thetraditional centralizedand distributeddesignmethods,the proposed system had asmallnumberof vulnerabilities,low system resource occupation and short response time.The proposed framework has a certain reference role for the improvement of power service quality.
