Energy-saving Optimization and Application Practice of Compressed Air System for PapermakingEnterprises

Abstract:Astecorepowersourceintheproductionprocessofouseoldpapereterprises,eeergosumptionofcompresediry temshasbecomeincreasinglyprominent.Thispapertokalargehouseoldpaperenterpriseasanexampleandanalyzedthexistingpro lemsinitsomprdingptcyroaiodeltoolsp isues,aierarcicaloptimzationplanadbnproposed,incudingmeasuressuchasteadoptionofgfiencypemantget variablefrqucompreors,rososumptiompresioeatdrs,ndeltotolssAfteraid upgrading,the average specific power of the system decreased from 7.9 kW/(n 13 min) to 5.6kW/(m3⋅mir 1),achieving an energy-saving rate of (20 29.1% .Theannualelectricitysavingsreaced5.OO2illonkWh,generatinganalbnefitsof.Olmillonyuanwithsigfcanteergy saving and economic benefits.
