Abstract:Thisstudyfocusedoniorganicslicatemineralfibersastheresearchsubject.Bycomparingthechangesinfibermorphologyun derdiffrntbatigdgres,italyzdteipactofeatingonapeproperis.Teesultsshowedtatastebeatingtieiceased, thebeatingdegreeoftepulpontinuouslyoseBundedmineralfibrsgraduallloseedandseparatedintoinividualfiberscopniedbytheformatioofoticableefiedflocs,hiletefiberwetweightdecreasedaccordinglyAfterbeatingfor8Oi,teaagefber length was 576μm , representing a 26.6% reduction compared to that of unbeaten fibers,whereas the average fiber width was 26.3 μm , showing an 11.0% increase overthe unbeaten state.The tensile indexof the prepared inorganic silicate mineralfiber paper initiallyrose and thendeclied,whiletetearindexgraduallydecreasedastheaveragefiberngthshortened.Whenthebeating teofsilicateminalfibers was 45 min,the beating degree reached 76°SR,and the wet weight was 10.6g ,the bonding strength of the prepared inorganic mineral fiber paper achieved the optimal level.
