Impact of Microfibrillated Cellulose from Broussonetia Papyrifera Bark on the Physical Properties of Cotton Pulp Paper

Abstract:Intissudy,microfibrilatedcellulose(FCfromBrousonetiaPapyriferabarkwaspreparedbyhomogenzationtecology. TheffectsofdifentsizsofCndtiadtomousonepopetisofotopulppapereeinvestigadtofteprse regulatiooffnefibersonpaperpropertiesTheresultsshowedthatcontinuoushig-presurehomogenzationtreatmentcouldpromotethe disociationandmicrofibiltioofplantersAfter2tisofigpressureomogenzatiotreamnt,MFCwihadameerofbout (84 ± 16)nmcouldbeobtained.MFC-20hadalargerspecificsurfacearea,whichmadethepaperstructuredenser,resultinginanincrease inthe drainage timeof the pulp (28.5 s)andasignificant decrease in theair permeabilityof the paper.However,only 1% addition of MFC10 could rapidly increase the folding endurance of the paper to 2 O89 times.
