Abstract:In this study,powdered single bamboo was pretreated with hot water and hot water + green liquor,combined with chemical additivessuchasbovineserumalbumin(BSA)andTween80.Thebamboofibers wereenzmatichydrolyzedandsaccarfiedbyclulase,and theeectsofpretreamntonditiosndceicaladditisotefecyofzatichdolserevestigatedeultsod that the two-step hot water + green liquor pretreatment had a significant efect on improving the enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency ofbamboo fibers.When the total alkali content of green liquor was 14% ,the total sugar conversion rate after enzymatic hydrolysis of hot water + green liquor pretreated bamboo fibers reached 85.51% . The addition of BSA and Tween 8O significantly increased the yield of fermentable sugars camefrombambofiers,ndtesynegisticfctofthodditioscouldaisethtotalsugarconversioateafterenzaticholyis to 99.67% .Under the combined effects of hot water + green liquor pretreatment and chemical additives,the yield of fermentable sugars per (204号 100g of bamboo raw material could reach 65.88g
