Research on the Impact of Synergistic Pretreatment on the Chemical Pulping Performance of Industrial HempNoil Fibers

Abstract:Tissudyusedindustrialmpoilfersasaaterialtovestigatetheifuencepateofulrasonicdiomposite zymesynergisticprereamntodwithsbsequntraftpulpgproessopulproperis.Aditioalytaalydtefing characteristicsofnoilfibersandthemechanicalpropertiesofpackagingpaperproducedbyblending them.Theresultsshowedthatwhen treated for 3O min under ultrasonic conditions of a frequency of 4O kHz and a temperature of 50°C ,with the mass ratio of pectinase to laccase controlled at 5:1 and the mass fraction of composite enzyme solution at 12% (relative to fiber mass),followed by pulping under conditions of (20 18% total alkali, 12% sulfidity,a liquor ratio of 1:4 ,aheating-up time of 30 min,a holding time of90 min,and a cooking temperature of (20 110°C ,the resulting pulp exhibited optimal properties,with a tear index reaching 22.5mN⋅m2/g ,a folding endurance of 485 times,a burst index of 2.90kPa⋅m2/g ,and a tensile index of 43.2N·m/g. After refining at a pulp consistency of 10% with 30 oOO rin aPFI refiner,when the proportion of noil fibers reached 40% ,the mechanical properties of the paper produced by blending were significantly enhanced,showing a tear index of 10.2mN⋅m2/g ,a folding endurance of 1O6 times,a burst index of 1.26kPa⋅m2/g ,and a tensile index of 46.2N⋅m/g : Key words:industrial hemp noil fibers;ultrasonic;bio-composite enzyme;kraft pulping
