Abstract：UsingtheFlosBuddlejaeasthawmaterialnaturalflavonoidpgmentwasextractedforthepreparatioofyellcigarete paper. The aromatic components of yellow cigarette paper at 900°C were analyzed by thermal cracking. The yellow cigarette paper was roledintothcigarette，thelankcigaretepaperwasledintotheblankcigareeusingthesametobaccoblend，thecigaretewas usedasacontrolandthesensoryevaluationofyelowcigaretescarredout，heperformancoftheofflavonoidpigmentswasstudied.Thecolordiferenceofcigaretepaperasanalyzdunderdiferentstoragetime.Theresultsshowedhattheellwcigarettead morearomaticcomponents，andhighersensoryperformancethantheblankyelowcigarete，andthecomfortandftertasteoftheyellowcigareteweresignificantlyimproved.Thecolordiferenceofcigaretepaperwasrelativelystable，withonlyafewsampleshaving a△E>1.5，indicating a visible color diference to the naked eye.The analysis of variance indicated that P⩾0.05 and therefore no significant differences in different treatment time.
