Research on the Pretreatment and Purification of Moso Bamboo MechanicalPulp with Deep Eutectic Solvents

Abstract:ThisstudyutilizedMosobamboomechanicalpulpasrawmaterialandemploedadepeuteticsolvent(DES)forpretreatment, andinvestigatedthiteractiostwnDndhemicellolignudervargonditostevelopdtiepretreatparaeterssuitablefrmechanicalpulp.Thepretreatedbamboopulpwasfurtherbleachedusinganalkalitreamentprocessenhancedwithsodium hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide (( Hd -EP-H,),investigating the efects of bleaching conditions on pulp properties.The results showed thatmoderatelyincreasingthetemperatureandtieofESpretreatmentnhancedthermovalatesofligninandhmicellulosewileiprovingcellosepurityHoweverexcesivelyghtemperaturesandprolongedtiscausedcellosedegrdationduringDESpretratment.Bleachingfurtherremovedligninandhemicelulose,improvingpulpproperties.Thefinalbleachedpulpachievedabrightnessof (204号 90.2% , α -cellulose content of 93.47% ,ash content of 0. 23% ,and ayield of 38.1% :
