Study on the Characteristics of Fine Screen Rejects and Its Stickies from Waste Paper Pulping

Abstract:Asystematicstudyasconductedonthefundamentalpropertiesoffinesrenrejectsfromthreewastepaperpulpingproes: ONP,OCC andMOW.Theresearchfocusedoanalyingthecriticalfactorshideringfinesreenrejectsrecyling,cludingtheotent, distribution,ndspecifichmicalompstoofcies.Thesultsevealedthattheusefulfibercotetinfinesrenejectsselatively high,with values of 81.2% , 93.5% ,and 78.8% for MOW,ONP,and OCC,respectively. Notably,the proportion of long fibers was significant,butthesefiberswereentangledandncapsulatedbylargestickies.ThestickiescontentinOC-finescrenrejectsreached (204号 674100mm2/kg ,significantly exceeding that in ONP-fine screen rejects ( 24623mm2/kg )and MOW-fine screen rejects( 146315mm2/kg ) Thechemicalompositionoficiesinfiesreenejetsprarilyosistedofdroarbos,ipids,ndaromaticompounds,ithickies from ONP and MOW exhibiting certain similarities in composition.
