纸张多通道烘缸干燥特性及其性能研究

Abstract：Inodertoexplorethifluenceofdiferentfactorsonmulti-chneldryerdringofpaper，tefectsofpulpratioeatingdegree，paperbasiswight，hanelsteamtemperatureandsteammasfuxonpaprdryingcharacterisicsandpaprpropeieswerstudied bycontrolvariablemethodTheresultsshowedthatincreasingtheproportioofhardwoodpulpandreducingthbeatingdegreadbasis weightwerehlpfultoimprovetheairpermeabiltyanddryingateofpape，andtebasisweighthadtemostsignificantfctnthedry ingrateofpaper.Thetensileidexandtearindexofpaperincreasedwithtedereaseoftheproportioofardwodpulpandtheireasof beatingdegreeandbasis weight.Thetearindexwasthebestwhentebeatingdegreewas25SR，andthetensileindexwastheestwhen the basis weight was 80g/m2 .Increasing the steam temperature and mass flux of the multi-channel dryer could increase the heat transfer and acelerateedingrateutiileduceteirpermeabiltofthpaper.Tetesileindexadtearindexincreasdfirstandteded to bestable with the increase of steam parameters.The effectof steam temperature on paper was more significant.
