纸张多通道烘缸干燥特性及其性能研究

Abstract:Inodertoexplorethifluenceofdiferentfactorsonmulti-chneldryerdringofpaper,tefectsofpulpratioeatingdegree,paperbasiswight,hanelsteamtemperatureandsteammasfuxonpaprdryingcharacterisicsandpaprpropeieswerstudied bycontrolvariablemethodTheresultsshowedthatincreasingtheproportioofhardwoodpulpandreducingthbeatingdegreadbasis weightwerehlpfultoimprovetheairpermeabiltyanddryingateofpape,andtebasisweighthadtemostsignificantfctnthedry ingrateofpaper.Thetensileidexandtearindexofpaperincreasedwithtedereaseoftheproportioofardwodpulpandtheireasof beatingdegreeandbasis weight.Thetearindexwasthebestwhentebeatingdegreewas25SR,andthetensileindexwastheestwhen the basis weight was 80g/m2 .Increasing the steam temperature and mass flux of the multi-channel dryer could increase the heat transfer and acelerateedingrateutiileduceteirpermeabiltofthpaper.Tetesileindexadtearindexincreasdfirstandteded to bestable with the increase of steam parameters.The effectof steam temperature on paper was more significant.
